These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MeetUp Now mobile application (the "App"), operated by Northfox Group ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MeetUp Now. If you are under 18, you should only use the App with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian, particularly before attending any in-person meetup.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. In-Person Meetups — Please Read Carefully

MeetUp Now helps you discover and organize meetups with other users, but we do not run background checks on users, verify identities, or supervise meetups in any way. You are solely responsible for your own safety when attending or hosting a meetup.

• Always meet in a public place, especially the first time you meet someone.
• Tell a friend or family member where you're going and when you expect to be back.
• Do not share sensitive personal or financial information with other users.
• Trust your instincts — leave any meetup or conversation that makes you uncomfortable.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the App, or for anything that happens at a meetup.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or endanger other users
• Post false, misleading, or impersonating profile information
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to organize unlawful activity
• Post content that is obscene, hateful, or infringes another person's rights
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's operation

You can report a user or a meetup by contacting northfox2019@gmail.com. We may remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (profile info, photos, meetup details, messages), but you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the App. You're responsible for content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting northfox2019@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we believe it's necessary to protect the safety of our users.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any meetup will occur as planned. We do not vouch for, and are not responsible for, the identity, conduct, or intentions of any user.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northfox Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm, injury, or loss arising from your interactions with other users or attendance at any meetup, whether arranged through the App or not.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the App or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
